Complete project delivery from design to execution and handover. Design is developed in-house and through local and international partners, with full construction, fit-out, MEP, joinery, and landscaping works delivered under one team.
2. Maintenance
Comprehensive property maintenance including AMC, reactive and preventive services, MEP works, repairs, and full villa upkeep to maintain long-term performance.
3. Procurement Management
End-to-end procurement including sourcing, tendering, cost control, value engineering, and contract management to ensure quality and efficiency.

Production Facility:
Our 12,500 sqft production facility includes a fully equipped joinery workshop, furniture manufacturing, and
high-quality custom-made pieces, along with dedicated sections for curtains, carpets, and LVT flooring. This setup allows us to maintain strong control over quality, manage timelines efficiently, and respond quickly to project requirements and design changes.
We also hold exclusive agency agreements with selected fabric brands, giving our clients access to a curated range of materials for upholstery, curtains, and custom furniture, aligned with high-end market .
